We aim to keep course information accurate and useful. However, course dates, fees, duration, qualification rules, assessment arrangements and entry requirements can change. Always confirm current details with us before making travel or other arrangements.
Regulatory references
References to SIA licence-linked training describe training connected with roles regulated by the Security Industry Authority. They do not by themselves imply that the SIA endorses this website or any training provider.
Bookings and payments
Before paying online, confirm your course date, place and joining requirements with Prime. Payment is for the named course and does not by itself replace a booking confirmation or joining instructions. If you need to cancel, transfer or request a refund, contact us promptly; the terms supplied for your booking and your applicable statutory rights will apply.
PayPal Pay Later, Klarna and other third-party payment methods are offered by the payment provider where available and subject to its eligibility checks and terms. Prime receives the course payment from the provider; approval for instalment or pay-later products is not controlled by Prime.
